The Origin: Born at the Bedside
Shattered Glass Consulting began not in a boardroom, but at the bedside of the most critically ill patients imaginable.
Our founder, Dr. Joseph LaRochelle, spent over fifteen years navigating the high-stakes environment of Pediatric Critical Care. In that world, there is no room for abstract theory—only reality. Over time, we observed a "glass wall" separating administrative strategy from clinical reality. We saw good organizations drowning in theory but starving for practical help.
We saw consultants offering over-engineered complexity to practices that needed practical, ground-level solutions- delivering binders that gathered dust while patients and students fell through the cracks. We founded Shattered Glass to break that status quo.
Our Approach: Practicality Over Theory
